Privacy Policy

FiveToClose is a simple revenue action and micro CRM application operated for fivetoclose.cloud. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, password hash, plan status, and basic account records. When you use the app, we store the contacts, notes, deal values, follow-up dates, and action drafts you choose to enter.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, FiveToClose receives basic Google account information such as your email address, Google account identifier, profile name, and profile image if provided by Google. We use this information only to create, identify, secure, and let you access your FiveToClose account. We do not use Google Sign-In data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Google API data and Limited Use

FiveToClose's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the minimum Google permissions needed for the feature being used.

Google-connected Gmail and Google Calendar features are optional and user-authorized. Gmail access is used only to send a user-approved follow-up draft when the user clicks a send button. Calendar access is used only to create a user-requested follow-up reminder. FiveToClose will not read, scan, sell, or use Gmail or Calendar data for advertising, credit eligibility, or unrelated profiling.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. FiveToClose does not store full card numbers. Stripe may receive payment details, billing details, device information, and transaction records needed to process subscriptions and prevent fraud.

Digital funnels and AI Cashline Engine

FiveToClose may also sell digital training products, PDFs, templates, prompt packs, traffic worksheets, and related offer-building materials such as AI Revenue Launch Kit and AI Cashline Engine. When you opt in or buy, we may collect your email address, checkout records, purchase selections, referral/tracking parameters, and download-access records needed to deliver the product, support the purchase, and measure funnel performance.

Some opt-in pages, bridge pages, and email follow-ups may be hosted or sent through Systeme.io, while payments and downloads may be handled by FiveToClose Cloud and Stripe. Those providers process information only as needed to run the funnel, deliver emails, process payments, prevent abuse, and support the product.

How we use information

We use account and app data to provide the product, generate daily follow-up actions, maintain subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve the product.

AI and automation

FiveToClose may use local or connected AI systems to help draft follow-up text from the contacts and notes you provide, and our digital products may teach AI-assisted workflows for product creation, offers, buyer research, traffic, video/ad prompts, or follow-up. You are responsible for reviewing any generated text before using it.

Marketing email

Marketing opt-ins and follow-up emails may be handled through Systeme.io or another email platform. Those systems are separate from your FiveToClose app account.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, process payments, send emails, host the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Google data sharing and human access

We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing FiveToClose features, maintain security, comply with law, or with your consent. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you ask for support involving that data, it is necessary for security or legal reasons, or the data has been aggregated for internal operations. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

Google access, revocation, and deletion

You can revoke FiveToClose's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also request deletion of your FiveToClose account data, including stored Google identifiers or connection tokens if any exist, by contacting support@fivetoclose.cloud.

Data retention

We keep account and app records while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, legal, and operational reasons. You can request deletion by contacting support@fivetoclose.cloud.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect account data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
