Terms of Service

By using FiveToClose, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What FiveToClose does

FiveToClose helps users organize contacts, opportunities, follow-up dates, notes, and daily revenue actions. It is a productivity tool, not a guarantee of sales, revenue, profit, clients, or business results.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, scraping, unauthorized outreach, or activity that violates another platform's rules.

Google Sign-In and connected services

You may choose to create or access your account with Google Sign-In. If additional Google integrations are offered, you must authorize them through Google's consent flow and you may revoke access through your Google account settings. You are responsible for using any connected Google services in compliance with Google's terms, applicable law, and your own communication obligations.

Any Google-connected action must be initiated by you. FiveToClose does not guarantee Gmail deliverability, replies, calendar attendance, sales, revenue, or business outcomes from connected Google features. Do not use connected features to send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized communications.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change for future billing periods. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal inside the app when available.

Digital products and one-time purchases

FiveToClose may offer one-time digital products and funnel purchases, including AI Revenue Launch Kit, AI Cashline Engine, order bumps, optional upgrades, downsells, PDFs, prompt packs, templates, and traffic or follow-up training. Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, email, or protected pages. Prices and included materials may differ by funnel, promotion, or checkout path.

Optional order bumps, upgrades, and downsells are separate purchases. Nothing is charged unless you intentionally choose the offer and complete checkout through Stripe. Digital training materials are educational and do not guarantee that you will make sales, earn income, get traffic, book clients, or recover revenue.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support@fivetoclose.cloud. Cancellations generally stop future billing and do not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or separately approved.

User content

You keep ownership of the contacts, notes, and other information you enter. You give FiveToClose permission to process that information to provide the service.

AI-generated drafts

Follow-up drafts and recommendations may be generated automatically. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any message.

Availability

We aim to keep FiveToClose available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FiveToClose is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages.
